INSPIRATION
One thought. A new perspective.
On the moments you notice. The beginnings you choose. The life that is yours.
The controller will be the entity operating YĀNAMI. Its full legal name, address and privacy email must be provided before personal information is collected. A data protection officer's contact details should be added if one is appointed.
2. Your invitation to YĀNAMI
You provide your own email address. For an invitation intended for someone else, you may optionally add their first name or nickname and your signature. We also store the selected option, language, time of registration, consent version and subscription status. The address is used for personal invitations, inspiration and messages about future YĀNAMI editions, including editions after 01. This communication is based on your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent covers YĀNAMI communication within the stated scope. It does not authorise unrelated messages from other brands. Earlier consents limited to edition 01 are not automatically extended. Joining is neither a reservation nor a purchase.
3. An invitation for someone you love
We do not request their email address or contact them. The invitation comes to you, and you decide whether to pass it on. A first name, nickname or personal form of address is enough; do not provide a surname or sensitive information. Names and signatures are optional. The legal basis and information requirements for any third-party details must be confirmed before personalisation is launched.
4. Contact and creating with YĀNAMI
The Contact form asks for your name, email and message. We also store the language, submission time and consent version. A collaboration enquiry additionally includes your name or chosen area of collaboration; a website or portfolio is optional. Information is used to reply and discuss your enquiry on the basis of your consent. This does not subscribe you to inspirational or promotional messages. Sharing a personal story does not authorise publication; that requires a separate agreement.
5. Leaving and your rights
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. After an email registration, a personal unsubscribe link is shown on the site. Future email messages should contain that link. Unsubscribing switches off the subscription; it does not automatically delete the entire record.
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. Requests may be sent to the controller using the address in section 1. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: uodo.gov.pl.
6. Retention
Contact details are retained for consent-based communication until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends. Unsubscribing stops messages. The controller must determine the retention of remaining information, consent evidence and collaboration correspondence. No automatic deletion schedule is currently enabled.
7. Access and technical services
Submissions are stored in the site's database and are not published. Access is limited to authorised project staff and the providers maintaining the site and its infrastructure as necessary. The providers, their roles, any transfers outside the European Economic Area and relevant safeguards must be confirmed against service agreements. No email delivery provider is connected yet.
8. Browser, files and analytics
Google Analytics 4 starts only after you allow statistics. It measures page visits, invitation clicks, card downloads and successful form submissions, without sending message contents or contact details to Google. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy settings in the footer. Google advertising and ad personalisation remain disabled. It does not store submissions in the browser's local storage. When you open the privacy policy, an unsent draft may remain in the open page's memory and disappears on closing or reloading. Search words and selected topics in Inspiration may appear in the page URL.
The hosting layer may process necessary technical information such as IP addresses and session information. Its scope and retention must be described once the hosting configuration is confirmed. The site does not make decisions with legal effects through automated profiling.
Before you choose your next goal, notice the life unfolding now.
It is easy to put life off until things are quieter. Until there is time. Until everything is ready. But an ordinary Tuesday is your life too. The conversation you listen to. The decision you make. The moment you are living now.
You do not need a special occasion to give everyday life meaning. Notice one thing you truly care about. Then make room for it in your day.
This moment is for you
The most beautiful manifestation needs no words.
Only your presence.
For a moment when you want to return to yourself.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
What does it mean to live everyday life consciously?
It means noticing your experience and making small choices that reflect what matters to you. Begin with one activity you give your full attention to.
Does being present require meditation?
You can practise it in a conversation, on a walk or over a meal. Begin by paying attention to what you are doing, without needing to reach a particular state.
How can I share this thought?
Choose Copy beside the thought, then paste it into a message or post. You do not need to leave an email address.
On the future we want to experience, and the present we need not postpone.
When we think of a long life, it is easy to start counting. Years. Steps. Hours. Yet another question remains: what do we want to fill that time with? Who do we want to come home to? What do we want to experience? How do we want to remember our days?
At YĀNAMI, this perspective matters too: the quality of a moment, the meaning of our connections and room for what we truly want. The future begins with how you choose to spend today.
This moment is for you
Life is not made of things.
It is made of the moments that give them meaning.
To notice what gives your day meaning.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
What does more life mean to YĀNAMI?
More time for what matters to you: relationships, your own choices and experiences. It is a philosophy of everyday living, without a promise of a longer lifespan.
How can I appreciate what is already here?
Recall one moment from today you want to keep. Name it as clearly as you can: someone's gesture, a conversation, a meal together or a small step of your own.
Where can I begin changing my everyday life?
With one achievable choice. Arrange a meeting, return to an old interest or find a short moment for yourself.
Sometimes the first step is quiet. Only you know what it means.
A beginning does not always look like a grand decision. It may be a sentence written down. A phone call after a long hesitation. Returning to something that once mattered. Quietly allowing yourself to try a different way.
What has happened remains part of your story. But there are also decisions ahead that have not yet been made. Give one of them a beginning that is yours, and possible today.
This moment is for you
The past is part of you.
But it need not decide who you become tomorrow.
For a beginning you can choose in your own way.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
How can I celebrate a new beginning?
Give it a gesture of your own: write an intention, choose a symbolic object or share your decision with someone close. The meaning of that gesture belongs to you.
What if I am not sure?
Not every decision has to settle your whole future. Choose a small, reversible step and see how it feels.
What is the Change and direction card for?
It offers a moment to reflect on a beginning of your own. Keep it for yourself or share it with someone facing a change.
Some moments connect us for a lifetime. Let's give them a beginning.
Some meetings stay with us for years. Sometimes very little seems to happen. A conversation lasts longer. Someone stays a little while. Suddenly an ordinary day becomes a memory.
A personal invitation begins with a particular person in mind. With the wish to give them your time. You do not have to plan the perfect evening. Begin simply: I want to share this moment with you.
This moment is for you
Connection does not begin with grand gestures.
It grows in the moments we choose to share.
For a moment you want to share with someone.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
How can I make an invitation personal?
Address the person directly and say, in your own words, why you want to meet. A simple message for someone in particular can mean more than an elaborate plan.
Will YĀNAMI send an invitation directly to someone I love?
Share a card or a link to YĀNAMI with them. They decide whether to receive WhatsApp invitations. You do not give us their details.
Can I share a card without joining?
Choose Copy beside the thought, then paste it into a message or post. You do not need to leave an email address.
Most of our lives happen between the important dates. In morning coffee, a shared meal, a few words before sleep. These moments can become our everyday rituals – simple gestures we give our attention and personal meaning to.
We celebrate birthdays, weddings and holidays. Ordinary days deserve our attention too.
Sometimes, only when you slow down for a moment do you notice how much you need rest or closeness. Pausing makes room for what you feel: joy, tenderness, longing. You can hear yourself and truly spend time with someone you love.
How to find a moment for yourself
Begin with something you already do: drink coffee, tea or a glass of water. Cook. Wash your face.
In Atomic Habits, James Clear encourages small beginnings and connecting a new behaviour to something we already do. After making your morning drink, try sitting down with it for a minute.
Put your phone aside. Notice the taste, temperature and scent. Give yourself a few sips before the next thing asks for your attention. This could become your morning ritual: Before I begin the day, I have a moment for myself.
You can begin with three simple steps:
Pause. Notice how you feel right now.
Pay attention. Notice what you are doing and how it feels.
Choose an intention. Ask what you need. If it is gentleness and rest, offer them to yourself, even during your evening skincare.
This moment is for you
Your life is made of countless moments.
This one is unfolding now.
How do you want to live it?
Make it your own kind of special.
One moment. Endless possibilities.
Perhaps you need quiet. Perhaps conversation, laughter or rest. Let this moment be for you.
YĀNAMI grew from a desire to celebrate moments and the life within them. We want more moments that bring people together: conversations where someone feels heard, and gestures that make a day a little lighter. We begin with attention to ourselves and make room for another person.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
How can I begin celebrating everyday moments?
Choose something you already do: drink your morning coffee, wash your face or talk with someone close. Put your phone aside for a moment and give that activity your attention. Begin with a single minute.
Does an everyday ritual require special objects?
An ordinary gesture with personal meaning is enough. What matters is how you want to experience the moment and what you need from it.
What is An evening moment for yourself?
A short evening practice: wash your face with attention, optionally add a gentle massage and spend a moment by the mirror. Keep the touch comfortable and stop if you feel pain or stinging.
You make tea every evening. The same kettle, the same time, a familiar movement of your hands.
Sometimes you drink it while replying to messages. Other evenings, you sit beside someone you love. For a few minutes you are together, and that cup becomes part of how you find each other after the day.
The act looks much the same. Its meaning can be entirely different.
How a habit becomes a ritual
Good habits make the day easier. When a familiar act gains personal meaning, it can become a ritual. Making tea in the evening can begin to mean: Now we have time for each other. You make time even when the answer is: Today was hard.
Ritual as a way to celebrate moments
Celebration begins when you pause among familiar activities. Simply pause. Notice what you are thinking. Each moment happens only once.
The same act can be a habit, a ritual and your way of celebrating life, all at once. It depends on what you need now and the meaning you give this moment.
You might walk the same route every day. What if you went out for sunset? Stopped where you can see the sky and watched gold turn to pink, then pink to violet. The day is drawing to a close. You can slow down too. Let this meeting with nature be a breathing space after everything that needed your attention today – a moment you want to keep.
Create your own ritual for celebrating moments
Begin with something you already do and find your own way to experience it. Perhaps you end an evening walk with a few words to yourself: What good do I want to carry from today? In time, stepping outside at that hour may remind you that you have time for yourself too.
Even this gesture can become automatic. When it no longer serves you, ask: What do I need now? Let your ritual change as you do.
At YĀNAMI, we bring inspiration from different cultures together with what feels close to us in everyday Polish life: a shared table, hospitality, a simple I'll make you a coffee. We want each gesture to help someone feel that another person is there for them.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
What is the difference between a habit and a ritual?
A familiar, repeated act can gain personal meaning and become a ritual. Habit and ritual can coexist: evening tea can also be your way of reconnecting after the day.
How can I create an everyday ritual of my own?
Begin with something you already do and ask what you need now. End an evening walk by asking: What good do I want to carry from today? Let the ritual change as you do.
Does celebrating moments require a special occasion?
An ordinary day offers many opportunities: tea together, a sunset walk, a few minutes of conversation. The moment's meaning comes from your needs and the way you experience it.
You reach for your phone to check one thing. A moment later, your head is crowded: tomorrow's tasks, last week's conversation, everything that just appeared on the screen. Someone beside you is speaking. You hear their voice, but lose the meaning of the words.
Putting the phone down can be a first gesture of care for yourself.
You give yourself a moment to hear your own thoughts. And the person sitting beside you.
A crowded mind – how can you reclaim your attention?
In Wyloguj swój mózg, Anders Hansen describes how quickly noticing changes around us helped our ancestors survive. Today, screens and notifications draw our attention too.
When you reach for your phone again, pause for a moment. Notice the impulse and ask: What do I need now? Perhaps information. Perhaps rest, or a conversation you have not found time for.
From a tangle of thoughts to one choice
In Essentialism, Greg McKeown encourages deliberate choices about where we place our time and energy.
That idea inspired the tangle on YĀNAMI's website. For us, the intertwined line represents the things occupying our minds at once. As it unravels, it reminds us that we can choose a direction: now I choose to give my attention to what matters to me.
Caring for yourself through everyday gestures
Everyday rituals can grow from these choices: a few quiet minutes after work, a meal together, a conversation before sleep.
Sometimes you might say: I need a moment for myself. Let's talk afterwards. Another time, you might ask: What could I help you with today? Then wait for the answer. Such a conversation can stay with someone for a long time.
The generations before us, and the story we continue
On YĀNAMI's website, 11,000 dots represent successive generations. It is an approximate image of the long human story before us. We inherit language, knowledge and ways of being together. We can choose what to keep and what to do differently.
We remember people who gave us time, taught us something or helped us try again. Now our gestures can become part of someone else's experience. A child sees how you treat others. Someone close remembers they can tell you: Today was hard.
The good you receive from people can be passed on – in your own way, through everyday gestures.
At YĀNAMI, we share inspiration you can carry into your own day. We want to bring together people for whom celebrating life also means paying attention to one another.
This moment is for you
Not tomorrow. Not someday.
This moment.
To make room for what matters now.
In a future article, we will explore the art of simplicity and making room for everyday life.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Worth knowing
How can I move from a crowded mind to one small action?
Notice what is drawing your attention and name your need. Write down something that keeps returning, choose one thing for the next few minutes and take a small step: put the phone aside, finish a conversation or go for a walk.
What does the tangle of thoughts on YĀNAMI's website represent?
The intertwined line is our interpretation of the things occupying the mind at once. Its unravelling represents the possibility of choosing one direction for your attention.
How can caring for myself connect with caring for others?
Give yourself a few minutes of rest, then return to someone close and really listen. The gesture matters: time given, a promise kept or help someone needs.

ABOUT US
Some moments change everything.
It began with a need for change. With a journey that brought an idea home.
A journey to hear yourself.
YĀNAMI's story began with a desire for change. Seven days away from everyday life, and seven books read one after another. Each opened new questions: what gives us strength, what do we truly want, and how do we want to live?
Among those questions, there was room for an important discovery: the next chapter has not yet been written. A new direction is possible. You can begin with yourself.
Cosmic Egg. Infinity within a moment.
During the trip, there was a cacao ritual. It was part of a commercial programme, yet became a deeply personal experience. Rustling leaves. A heartbeat, clearly felt. Breath. Among these simple sensations came a feeling, then a thought, then tears – and a meeting with inner strength.
The Cosmic Egg card has a place in this story. We see it as a symbol of wholeness and the infinity held within something finite. A single moment can open many paths. For YĀNAMI, it carries the power of a beginning: you can choose which path to continue.
What remained was energy and a desire to live more fully. What had moved something so deeply could become the beginning of something exceptional.
An awakening that begins something.
Back home, the inspirations began to connect. Conversations, books and ordinary meetings led towards one thought. Until one night, it became clear: celebrate moments. Celebrate life. Create opportunities for connection, closeness and wonder. Give ourselves and others the time from which memories grow.
A personal experience began to become an idea. YĀNAMI grew from wonder at how much can begin with one moment. From a sense of possibility worth passing on.
Strength we can share.
We want YĀNAMI to spark the life you long for. To help create moments that connect people, give courage and remind us that we can shape our own stories.
This idea grows stronger when we pass it on. One meeting can begin a friendship. One conversation can help someone believe in themselves. One decision can open a new path. YĀNAMI is an invitation to give those moments a beginning.
OUR MISSION / LUXURY OF NOW
Celebrate the moment. Celebrate life.
Our mission is to inspire the celebration of moments and of life. We create experiences that invite people to meet, grow closer and live everyday life with attention and gratitude.
Luxury of Now. This moment holds endless possibilities. You can give it a meaning that stays with you, and with the people you share it with.
Let's begin with one moment. Give it meaning. Celebrate life.
YĀNAMI is an invitation. To moments you give meaning to.
